This week, Peter Boyce, Joel, Isaac, Ben, Peter Edwards, and Sue attended the 22nd Annual Learning Environments Australasia Conference in Melbourne: AMPLIFY.

This year’s conference theme was inclusion, learning, and place. There were many valuable keynote addresses on topics such as how we can create culturally safe classrooms for first nations students, sensory differences and neurodivergence, and how we can enable more equitable learning environments.

Each of our 6 delegates attended multiple tours (to some remarkable educational facilities across Melbourne!) and smaller educational sessions across the two days, before reconvening each evening to share valuable learnings.

The team are excited to share these learnings with their colleagues back in Brisbane, and we thank LEA, the presenters, sponsors, and trade exhibitors for facilitating such an educational and dynamic few days!
