A dynamic and lively operations professional, Jillian has nearly a decade of experience in operations, with six of those years spent living and working in London.
Originally hailing from the fitness and legal industries, Jillian brings an impressive breadth of knowledge across systems, processes, and practices in the United Kingdom, Ireland, and Australia.
Jillian manages the day-to-day operations of the studio, and works closely with the Managing Director, Project Leaders and Project Delivery Leaders to ensure we deliver quality project, people and practice outcomes.
Jillian is approachable, perceptive, and passionate about supporting the wellbeing of our team and upholding Novum’s values. Colleagues describe Jillian as objective, disciplined, and possessing the ability to think logically through all challenges of a problem. Her adapability and organisational skills stand out, making her an invaluable asset to the team.
Jillian graduated from Monash University (Victoria) in 2009 with a Bachelor of Arts with Honours.
